Meet Luciana Carvalho, a dynamic force in Miami’s luxury real estate market, renowned for her contagious enthusiasm, exceptional knowledge, and unwavering dedication to her clients. Born and raised in Brazil, Luciana’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to start her own boutique at the young age of 16, selling luxury brands to high-net-worth individuals in her hometown while pursuing her first college degree in Economics.

Driven by ambition and a desire for new challenges, Luciana fearlessly pursued her dream of moving to the United States. In 1999, she arrived in Miami to learn English and pursue her second degree in Business Administration at Florida International University.

Overcoming language barriers and excelling in her studies, Luciana’s determination propelled her to graduate at the top of her class. She furthered her career in financial services, obtaining her 2-15 license in Life, Health, and Annuities as well as her Series 6 license in the State of Florida, where she began working at a financial brokerage firm in Coral Gables, providing expert advice on business and individual financial needs.

In 2006, Luciana’s passion for real estate led her to acquire her license, and she specialized in luxury properties in Miami Beach. Her background in business and finance paved the way for her to expand into commercial real estate, earning the esteemed Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from CoreNet Global.

Luciana’s natural negotiation skills and strong relationships with the community led to prestigious assignments, including leasing office space for ApexBrasil, a Brazilian Government Agency, and the expansion in the US of Banco do Brasil Americas, a subsidiary of Banco do Brasil S.A, the largest financial institution in Brazil. The real estate strategy implemented during the five-year project resulted in identifying and negotiating leases for four bank branches located in South Florida and Central Florida. Her strategic real estate advisory services benefited Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, Electrolux, John Hancock, Mass Mutual, and more.

Luciana Carvalho’s community involvement and leadership roles have been instrumental in making a positive impact in the Miami area. She has actively participated in various non-profit organizations, including Switchboard of Miami and Pace for Girls Miami, where she has dedicated her time and efforts to support their missions.

In addition to her involvement with non-profit organizations, Luciana has held significant leadership positions in different business and industry-related organizations. As the Young Leaders Director for CoreNet Global, she showcased her exceptional leadership skills and contributed to the development of future leaders in the real estate industry. She also served as co-chair of the Young Professionals with the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, further enhancing her presence in the business community.

In 2021, Luciana accomplished a significant milestone by becoming a licensed real estate broker in Florida and establishing Carvalho Commercial Real Estate. Her unparalleled expertise and dedication to providing white-glove service have been highly sought after by C-level executives relocating their headquarters to Miami, while also assisting them in finding their dream luxury homes.

As a Global Real Estate Advisor, Luciana’s international presence extends to South America, Central America, Europe and the Middle East, where she works with sophisticated clients. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Beyond her impressive professional achievements, Luciana takes great pride in her role as a devoted mother to her 7-year-old son, Louis.
