Therefore, the actual room area will typically be smaller than the product obtained by multiplying the stated length by width. All dimensions are approximate, and all floor plans and development plans are subject to change. This offering is not intended to sell or solicit condominium units in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law. Your eligibility to purchase will depend on your state of residency.
